What We Do
ParkAlbany manages and administers convenient and affordable on-street metered parking and off-street parking within the City of Albany, New York. Our organization manages 3 parking garages, 9 parking lots, and over 2,000 on-street metered spaces and continually strives to provide easy access to parking for residents, businesses, visitors, and commuters alike.

Mission
The Authority mission, while fulfilling the fiduciary responsibility to the bondholders, is to provide convenient and affordable parking in support of economic development by constructing, operating, and maintaining those areas in the City of Albany: (i) operated by the APA for parking; or (ii) which use is supported by APA parking.
