St. Patrick’s Day Parade Parking Restrictions

Please be advised of the following temporary parking restrictions and road closures in Albany, NY for the 2023 Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parades.

North Albany Limerick Parade:

Saturday, March 11th from 11:30am to 1:00pm

Road Closures:

Bonheim Street, eastbound at Broadway & eastbound and westbound at North Pearl Street for the North Albany Limerick Parade.

Broadway between Wolfert Avenue and Emmett Street for the North Albany Limerick Parade.

Lawn Avenue, westbound at Broadway & eastbound and westbound at North Pearl Street for the North Albany Limerick Parade.

Lindbergh Avenue, eastbound at Broadway & eastbound and westbound at North Pearl Street for the North Albany Limerick Parade.

North First Street between Broadway and Van Rensselaer Avenue for the North Albany Limerick Parade.

North Pearl Street between Wolfert Avenue and Emmett Street for the North Albany Limerick Parade.

North Second Street, eastbound at Broadway & eastbound and westbound at North Pearl Street for the North Albany Limerick Parade.

North Third Street, eastbound at Broadway & eastbound and westbound at North Pearl Street for the North Albany Limerick Parade.

Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade:

Saturday, March 11th from 6:00am to 4:00pm

Parking Restrictions:

Broadway (Both Sides) from Pine Street to Hudson Avenue for the Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

Central Avenue (Both Sides) from Ontario Street to Lake Avenue for the Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

Dallius Street (Both Sides) from Hudson Avenue to Division Street for the Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

Eagle Street (East Side) from State Street to Pine Street for the Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

Green Street (Both Sides) from State Street to Madison Avenue for the Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

Quail Street (Both Sides) from Bradford Street to Sherman Street for the Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

South Swan Street (East Side) from Madison Avenue to Washington Avenue for the Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

State Street (Both Sides) from Lark Street east 3 spaces on each side for the Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

State Street (Both Sides) from South Swan Street east to Plaza Road east of Legislative Office Building for the Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

State Street (North Side) from Pearl Street to Broadway for the Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

State Street (South Side) from Eagle Street to Broadway

Washington Avenue (North Side) from Dove Street to South Swan Street for the Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

Saturday, March 11th from 12:00pm to 4:00pm

Road Closures:

Central Avenue between Manning Boulevard and Quail Street will be closed for parade lineup for the Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

Road Closures:

Central Avenue from Manning Boulevard east to Washington Avenue for the Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

State Street from Washington Avenue/Eagle Street east to Broadway for the Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

Washington Avenue from Central Avenue to Washington Avenue/Eagle Street/State Street for the Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

*In addition, ;ALL ;cross streets along the parade route will be closed in preparation for parade kick off. This will include Eagle Street as well as North & South Pearl Streets from Pine Street to Hudson Avenue*
