Over the past few days, some ParkAlbany App users may have experienced errors within the app that impeded their ability to start or extend a parking session. Please know we are aware of these errors and our App partners at Passport are actively working to correct these issues.
1. When trying to a complete a transaction in the ParkAlbany app, if you are experiencing a spinning screen that will not let you proceed, please be sure to update your app to the latest version and then restart the app, this has corrected this issue for most users.
2. If you are receiving a “Network Error. Please Try Again” message, please know that as of this time there is no correction available, but this issue is actively being investigated by our App Developers.
If you are currently experiencing issues with the App, we ask that you please use the On-Street parking meters for your parking sessions. We thank you for patience and apologize for any the inconvenience these issues may cause.
