ParkAlbany offers 27 EV Charging Spaces between our 3

Downtown Albany Parking Garages and our Uptown Parking Lot 3!

Looking for a quick recharge? Electric Vehicle (“EV”) Charging stations are available at all 3 of our Downtown Albany, NY parking garages and our Uptown Parking Lot 3.

Please note that our EV charging stations are reserved for vehicles that are actively charging and users are required to pay the applicable rate for each garage or parking lot. As a courtesy, we ask that once your charging session is complete that you please move your vehicle to a non-charging space and that vehicles are not parked at a charger for more than 8 hours.

Payment for charging at a DC Fast Charging Station may be made at the physical charging station or through the Electrify America app. Please be aware that all Albany Parking Authority / ParkAlbany garages are cashless facilities. For current DC Fast EV Charging pricing, please check the Electrify America app.

All Level 3 EV charging stations at Albany Parking Authority facilities require the use of the Electrify America app, which is available as a free download for both iOS and Android devices.

Level 2 EV Charging/Pricing

There is a .25 cent per Kilowatt Hour (KwH) usage fee for all Level 2 EV changing stations located at an Albany Parking Authority garage.

All Level 2 EV charging stations at Albany Parking Authority facilities require the use of the EV Connect App, which is available as a free download for both iOS and Android devices.
