Capital Region purveyors of pop and rock music, The Hawthornes, played their first gig at the Hollow Bar + Kitchen (Albany, NY) in 2021 to a sold-out crowd. The band has been winning over fans with their stylistically unabashed and playful mix of classic and contemporary songs. Long-time members Laura Paigo (vocals), Jeff Sohn (bass), Andy Hearn (drums), and Peter O’Hearn (guitar) welcome Michael Carapella (guitar), a 30 year veteran of the LA music scene (Betsy’s Big Day, Glass House, G3 Band) who recently returned to the area.
