11/18/2021 – Technical Difficulties For Monthly Passes Entering Our Downtown Parking Garages (Updated 12/03/2021)

The Riverfront Parking Garage is once again open to all parkers.
We thank you for your patience over the past 2 weeks while we were addressing some technical issues with the entry and exit system at this location.

We are aware that this morning between 7:00am and 7:45am that some of our monthly pass holders experienced technical difficulties when entering our Downtown Parking Garages.

Please know that we are addressing these issues and monthly pass holders should now be able to enter or exit our garages as normal.

If you do experience an issue upon entering or exiting where the gate does not recognizing your monthly pass please use the “Assistance” button on the gate.
